For that purpose, if we ask you for any personal information, it is only the minimum amount of information us to perform our work.
Pencil/Shutter is governed by the laws of Canada and the laws of British Columbia. Data on this website is stored in the United States. When information is collected from users as described in “Use of Personal Information”, this information may be kept on servers in the United States. If we have not needed to use your information for two years, it will be erased from the servers unless otherwise agreed to upon previously with the administration of Pencil/Shutter.
